Anthony Chedid is the Managing Partner of Validus focusing on all aspects of the business. Anthony is based in Manhattan.
Anthony currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Manhattan, and on the Council at the Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures at the University of Chicago.
Before Validus, Anthony was a Portfolio Manager of Technology Equities at Point72 Asset Management in New York, joining SAC Capital in 2001. Anthony graduated from the College at the University of Chicago.
Jonah Schiller
Vice President
Jonah Schiller is a Vice President at Validus, where he focuses on acquisitions, construction, financing, and asset management across the firm's New York and Chicago portfolios. He is a member of the Investment Committee.
Jonah began his career in investment sales at Eastdil Secured and CBRE before spending five years on KKR's Real Estate Credit team. He is based in New York.
Jonah graduated from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 2018.
Ryan Fleck

Ryan Fleck is an Acquisitions Associate at Validus, focusing on acquisitions, construction, and financing in the New York and Chicago portfolios. Ryan is a member of the Investment Committee. Based in Chicago, Ryan brings experience from internships at Validus Capital and the National Equity Fund.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a degree in Economics. Ryan was a four-year varsity wrestler, an NCAA All-American, and currently serves as a Board Member of the Young Professionals Beat The Streets Chicago.
Will McKelvain
